The publication devotes its central dossier to the Foodstuff Conservation, explaining the evolution and innovation seen in food conservation techniques. In addition to the central dossier, the magazine includes a total of 15 articles, among them an interview with the Catalan Minister for Culture, Santi Villa; a visit to the Museum of Technology of Manresa, accompanied by designer Míriam Ponsa, and two industrial tourism trails (in North Catalonia, and on the banks of the River Ebro and the Priorat district). Likewise worthy of note are the articles dedicated to the floating heritage represented by emblematic ships, the industrial side of painter Ramon Casas, the agricultural colony of Graugés, the Vichy Catalán brand, and the Bonet tricycle.
