CANVIS EN L'OFERTA EDUCATIVA DEL CURS 2025/26

Del 20 d’octubre de 2025 al 30 de juny de 2026 el MNACTEC estarà immers en unes importants obres de millora i es tancaran al públic els espais expositius.
Fins al 20 d’octubre es mantenen totes les activitats, els tallers i les visites guiades inclosos a l’oferta educativa i a partir d’aquesta data es reduiran les activitats disponibles. Consulteu les dates de reserva a la pàgina de cada activitat.

International Day of Light

Special activities to showcase the science and technology of light

On 14 and 15 May, the MNACTEC will be hosting a number of activities within the context of the 3rd edition of the Central Event in Spain to mark International Day of Light. This year the event is to take place in the city of Terrassa, and will be organised by a local committee involving representatives of the Faculty of Optics and Optometry of Terrassa (FOOT) and its Board of Trustees, the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC), Terrassa City Council and the Spanish Optics Society (SEDOPTICA).

International Day of Light is a global initiative aiming to raise public awareness of the crucial role played by the science of light and related technologies in the modern world. It covers all aspects connected with light in the broadest sense, including such diverse sectors as eyesight, energy, communications, education, medicine, art, culture and sustainable development.
