ABADAL Y Cª, a legendary Catalan motoring marque

From November, 12 2013 to September, 20 2015

The exhibition aims to explain the beginnings of motoring in Catalonia through the landmark figure of one of the key men in the sector at the time: Francesc Serramalera i Abadal or Paco Abadal, as he is more commonly known. The man and his story run in parallel with the industrial and social history of Catalonia in the early 20th century.

The exhibition takes us on a journey through the origins of motoring in Catalonia courtesy of the story of the ABADAL y Cª marque, its most distinctive models, and the figure of its founder, Paco Abadal.
